Over weight or Obesity is not just a cosmetic problem. It is a definite indicator of major health risk hazard. The excess body fat is a characteristic of nutritional disorder. Although body fat is required for storing energy, heat insulation, shock absorption and other important functions, being overweight or obese is going to bring lots of health problems. As a rule, women have more fat than men. Men weighing 20% and women weighting 30% more than the conventional "ideal weight" is considered obese.
